I'm a stroke survivor turned baker (hence the "One- Handed").
I am self taught, rooted in passion for baking.  Seeing flour and eggs magically turn into something totally different, it was a therapeutic and nurturing activitiy for me.  Those who have tried my bakes encouraged me to sell it, and this is how OHBaker comes to life.

Through my story and my bakes I hope to inspire people to  overcome their fears, do what they love, and enjoy the journey, and of course to enjoy my bakes as much as I love making them :)
